– Provide clear video of opening the parcel & photographs of the damage along with your order number to facilitate the return process.

3. Size Issues:
– If the jersey you received does not fit due to size issues, and if the correct size is available, we will process an exchange for the item.
– To be eligible for a return/refund due to size issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
– Refunds will only be issued if the correct size is not available.

4. Customised Jerseys:
– Please note that customised jerseys are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

5. Return Procedure:

– The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

6. Refunds:
